John, born in Corpus Christi, Texas, attended schools in San Antonio, Texas and received his degree and certification in Special Education from Texas A&I Kingsville. He began his AT&T career in telecommunications and information management in San Antonio, Texas.
During his tenure with AT&T, he worked throughout the United States, Latin America, and Asia. His 29 years of experience included product development, product management, sales marketing, training & development, back-office operations, systems management, public relations, public policy, and international market development.
While with AT&T, he received his executive MBA training from NSEAD in France. He also played a key role in AT&T’s philanthropic activity serving as a trustee on the AT&T Foundation. He has served on numerous boards including the YMCA, Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities, president of Texas Association of Mexican American Chamber of Commerce (TAMACC), World Affairs Council, Univ. of Tex. Pan Am Foundation and the Texas Business Hall of Fame.
John sits on the board of the Vanir Development Co. John is most proud of his work with 7,000 students.

Robert Kays is the Director of Operations Performance for LG-OSS. He has over 27 years of experience in management with 13 years specifically dedicated to the telecommunication industry space of AT&T’s past and present contractors. Robert’s work history includes warehouse management, staff development and multi-level management.

CSR Experience: Robert is goal driven with a direct approach and believes in setting clear expectations while fostering customer satisfaction to yield performance metric improvement. While serving in a management role within the supplier supported space focus has been building excellent communication between clients and internal staff.
Veronica was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. After receiving an early graduate scholarship and moving to the DFW area to attend The University of North Texas, she received her Bachelors in Criminal Justice. Veronica has been in Human Resources for 12 years and worked with LG-OSS since 2018. During that time, she has pursued her Certification for Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and HR Ethics (HRE).
Veronica is a member of the International Society of Female Professionals (ISFP), an organization dedicated to connecting, supporting, and empowering professional women in the workforce. She also enjoys volunteering at her home church Covenant in Carrollton, TX. Veronica is an avid beach volleyball player, coffee enthusiast and supports the Mariposa Foundation in Cabarete, DR.
While with LG-OSS, Veronica has overseen all aspects of HR and is a Jill of all trades when it comes to Human Resources. She has lead serval HR projects including the development of the Annual Review Process, the Total Rewards Package with benefits, bonuses, and 401(k) plans, as well as overseen all the general aspects of day-to-day HR functions. As the leader of the HR team her focus has been on the growth and development of the workforce as it supports the growth and development of LG-OSS. It is her HR philosophy to “Do the right things for the right reasons”.
